Privacy
Version 1.7 · Last updated 23 October 2026
This policy explains how Zero2One Space collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit this website, ask for a quote or a demo, reserve or order a product, or write to us. We collect only what we need to reply to you, send what you ask for, take and ship an order, and keep the site secure. By using the site you accept the practices described here. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Zero2One Space, 11110 Metric Blvd, Building 8, Suite B, Austin, TX 78758, USA, is the data controller for this site. This policy covers the website at zero2onespace.com and the forms, emails, and orders that run through it. It does not cover other websites that we link to.
Send any privacy question, or a request about your data, through the form at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, email address, organisation, the product line, and your message.
- Emails from requests to learn more: your email address.
- Test report emails: your email address.
- Board orders: Stripe takes the card and the shipping address. We keep the order amount, the status, your name, and your email address, and the Google ad click id if you came from one of our ads and allowed marketing. We never see the card number.
- Analytics: PostHog records page views and form use. In the UK, the EU and EEA, Switzerland, and California it does this only if you allow it. Elsewhere it is on until you turn it off. It gets no name, email address, or message text.
- Page counts: our server counts each page view without cookies, whether or not you allow analytics. It records the page, the site that sent you, the campaign tags and code on the link you followed, and your country. It records no name, no IP address, no device details, and nothing that tells two visits apart, so it cannot follow you or tell who you are. Vercel uses your IP address to work out the country, and we do not keep it.
- Links in our emails: a link we email to you carries a random code. We record when that link opens. If you allow analytics, PostHog also records the pages you visit, the buttons you click, the time on each page, and a screen recording of the visit, with anything you type hidden. It also records your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and time zone, and the town and country it works out from your IP address. We use these to tell apart the people who open the same link. Screen recording ends on 1 March 2027. PostHog never gets your name or email address.
- Google ad clicks: if you arrive from one of our Google ads and allow marketing, the cookie zos_gclid keeps the ad's click id. If you then pay a deposit or pre-order, we store the click id with the order and send Google Ads the click id, the order value, and the time, so we can measure which ads lead to orders. Google gets no name or email address. In the UK, the EU and EEA, Switzerland, and California this happens only if you allow it. Elsewhere it is on until you turn it off, and a Global Privacy Control signal turns it off.
- Security data: your IP address, used to limit repeated requests and to stop spam. On our forms, Cloudflare Turnstile also checks signals from your browser to tell people from automated programs.
- Messages to us: anything you write in a form or an email, and the details you give us in it.
- We do not collect sensitive personal information, such as a government identifier, health data, or precise location. Please do not send it to us.
Where it comes from
Almost everything comes from you, through a form, an email, or an order. Your browser sends us its type and your IP address when it loads a page. Stripe tells us whether a payment cleared. Google Ads puts the ad click id in the link you followed from one of our ads. If a colleague of yours asks us to contact you about a quote, we use the details they give us only to make that contact.
Why we use it
- Consent: for test report emails, for emails from requests to learn more, for analytics, and for measuring Google ad clicks. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Contract: to take and ship a board order.
- Legitimate interest: to reply to a quote request, to see whether an email we sent you was useful, and to keep the site secure.
- Legal obligation: to keep order records for tax.
Who processes it
These processors run parts of the site under a data processing agreement:
- Neon: the database, including request counts per IP address for rate limits.
- Vercel: website hosting and performance measurement without cookies.
- Resend: email.
- Stripe: card payments and shipping addresses.
- PostHog: analytics. Only with your consent in the UK, the EU and EEA, Switzerland, and California.
- Google Ads: measures which of our Google ads lead to an order. It gets the ad click id, the order value, and the time, never a name or email address. Only with your consent in the UK, the EU and EEA, Switzerland, and California.
- Sentry: error reports, with personal data removed.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: the human check on our forms. It gets your IP address and signals from your browser.
- Trigger.dev: background tasks. It gets record ids, not your details.
When we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising. Google Ads gets an ad click id only to measure our own ads. We share it only:
- With the processors above, who may use it only to run the site for us.
- With our lawyers, accountants, and other professional advisers, where we need their advice.
- When a law, a court order, or a lawful request from a public authority requires it, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
- To detect, investigate, or prevent fraud, abuse, or a threat to the safety, rights, or property of Zero2One Space or others.
- In a merger, financing, sale of assets, or acquisition of all or part of our business, with the other party and its advisers, under a duty of confidence.
- With your consent or at your direction.
Transfers across borders
We are based in the United States and process data there. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your data is transferred to the United States and to our processors' locations. We rely on safeguards the law recognises, such as the standard contractual clauses in our agreements with processors, and on your consent where the law requires it. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards through the form at the bottom of this page.
How we protect it
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, limit who can read stored data, record every staff read of a quote request, and remove personal data from error reports. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we tell you and the regulator within the time the law gives us.
Cookies and similar technology
The Cookies section of this page lists every cookie and how to choose. The links in our emails carry a random code, as described above.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests: 24 months after the last message.
- Emails from requests to learn more: until you unsubscribe.
- Test report emails: until you unsubscribe.
- Board orders: 7 years, for tax records.
- Google ad click id: until Google Ads has the order, and at most 90 days. The zos_gclid cookie also ends after 90 days.
- Security data: 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion. You can also object to its use, ask us to restrict it, or ask us to move it. You can withdraw consent at any time, and that does not undo what we did before. Send the request through the form at the bottom of this page. We reply within one month.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, these are your rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the Swiss data protection act. You can complain to your data protection authority, for example the supervisory authority in your country, the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Switzerland.
If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you can ask what personal information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, ask to opt out of its sale or sharing, and ask us not to use sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we use no sensitive personal information to infer anything about you. We never treat you worse for using these rights. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request.
To protect you, we check that a request comes from you by matching it to details we already hold, such as the email address you wrote to us from. You can use an authorised agent. We ask for proof that you gave the agent permission, and we may still ask you to confirm your identity. If we refuse a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we reply within 45 days.
Age
The forms on this site are for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us personal data, tell us through the form at the bottom of this page, and we delete it.
Changes
We change the version number when this policy changes. The date at the top gives the last change. If a change is material, we say so on this page, and where the law requires it we ask for your consent again.
Contact
For any question about this policy, write through the form at the bottom of this page, or by post to Zero2One Space, 11110 Metric Blvd, Building 8, Suite B, Austin, TX 78758, USA. A person on our team reads every message.
Your Privacy Choices
Your choices about your personal information on this site, in one place.
We do not sell or share your personal information
Zero2One Space does not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. The site runs no advertising pixel. If you arrive from one of our Google ads, the marketing cookie zos_gclid lets us tell Google Ads that the click led to an order, so we can measure our own ads. You can switch it off in the cookie settings below, and a Global Privacy Control signal switches it off. You need no account.
Global Privacy Control: Your browser is not sending the signal. When a browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing.
Your other rights
To see, correct, delete, or move your data, or to appeal a decision we made about a request, use the form at the bottom of this page. We never ask you to make an account.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, or a magnifier.
The standard
We build the site to WCAG 2.1 level AA, and aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA. We use no accessibility overlay.
How we test
- Automated checks with axe-core on every public page.
- Every form field has a visible label. An error says what is wrong, next to the field, in words.
- Every page has a skip link, a logical heading order, and a visible focus ring.
- One switch in the bottom right corner stops all motion. With reduced motion set in your system, nothing moves.
Last reviewed: 1 October 2026, by our team, with automated checks.
What is not right yet
- No independent audit has checked the site yet.
- We have not yet tested every page with a screen reader. That test comes before launch.
- Some product pictures are renders. Their text alternatives describe the render, not real hardware.
- The card payment page and the human check on our forms are run by Stripe and Cloudflare. We do not control their accessibility, and we raise any barrier we find with them.
Report a barrier
If part of the site does not work for you, tell us. Say which page, what you tried, and what you use, if you like. We reply by email within five working days, and we say how and when we will fix it, or how you can get the same information another way.
Or write to Zero2One Space, 11110 Metric Blvd, Building 8, Suite B, Austin, TX 78758, USA.
Another format
To get any page, brochure, or document in another format, such as large print or plain text, ask with the same form. Choose Accessibility as the type of contact.

If you and we sign a separate agreement for a product or service, that agreement governs in a conflict with these terms.

Using this site
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for your own evaluation of our products and services, or for a business relationship with us. The licence does not include:
- Any resale or other commercial use of the Site or its content.
- Any derivative use of the Site or its content, or any download or copy except the page caching your browser does.
- Any use of data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Framing the Site, or using our name or marks in meta tags or hidden text.
Intellectual property and trademarks
All content on the Site, such as text, images, graphics, logos, icons, product drawings, software, and the way they are arranged, belongs to Zero2One Space or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. Some images are used with the permission of their owners and are credited on the Photo credits page.
ZERO2ONE SPACE, the Zero2One Space logo and arrow mark, the product names on the Site, and any other graphics, logos, page headers, and service names are trademarks, service marks, or trade dress of Zero2One Space. You may not use them without our prior written consent, or in any way that disparages us or is likely to cause confusion. Other names and logos on the Site, including those of our partners, belong to their owners, who may not be affiliated with or sponsored by us. A partner's logo appears with that partner's permission and does not mean the partner endorses a product.
You may link to the home page of the Site if the link does not suggest we sponsor or endorse you and does not portray us or our products in a false, misleading, or offensive way. You may not use our logo in the link without our written permission.
What you send us
When you send a quote request, demo request, question, or other message (a "Submission"), you promise that it is accurate and that you have the right to send it. You keep your rights in your Submission. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to answer you, to quote, build, and deliver what you ask for, to run and improve the Site and our products, and to keep records. How we handle personal data in a Submission is set out in our privacy policy.
Do not send us confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, classified, or sensitive personal information in a form. If you want to share such information, ask us first how to do it. We treat Submissions as not confidential unless we have agreed in writing to a non-disclosure agreement. Any idea or suggestion you offer about our products may be used by us without payment or credit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any law or regulation, or infringe another person's rights, by using the Site.
- Send false, misleading, or incomplete information, or pretend to be another person or organisation.
- Probe, scan, or test the weakness of the Site, bypass its rate limits or human check, or try to reach data or systems that are not meant for you.
- Introduce a virus, bot, or other harmful code, or overload or disrupt the Site.
- Send spam, or use the forms to send us or others unsolicited promotion.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code from the Site, except where the law allows it.
- Use the Site to build or train a competing product, or to gather information about our people.
Orders, deposits, and payments
Some pages let you pre-order a product or pay a reservation deposit. We use Stripe, an independent payment processor, to take payment. Stripe collects your card and billing details under its own terms and privacy policy. We never see, receive, or store your card number. By paying you promise that you are allowed to use the payment method and that you are old enough to enter a contract where you live.
A reservation deposit holds a place in line, or a limited edition board. It is not a purchase of a finished product and does not promise a delivery date. A deposit is refundable: ask for a refund by replying to your confirmation email, and we return it to the original payment method. We take any further payment, and agree the final price, quantity, and delivery terms, in writing before a product ships. Prices are in US dollars unless we say otherwise and do not include taxes, duties, or shipping.
Products described as in build or as a concept are not available yet. We may change a specification, schedule, or price, or stop a product, and if we do we refund your deposit. If you have a question about a payment, write to us through the form at the bottom of this page, and give the date you paid.
Product and service information
The Site describes our products, services, and plans. A description, figure, image, render, or schedule is for information only, is not a binding offer, and may change. Where a figure is tagged as not yet verified or as not published, it is not a verified result. Renders show a design, not real hardware. Nothing on the Site is professional, engineering, safety, or flight-readiness advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is fit for your test, vehicle, or mission.
Third-party sites
The Site may link to websites run by others. We do not control them, do not examine or endorse them, and take no responsibility for their content, products, or privacy practices. Review their terms before you use them.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ZERO2ONE SPACE MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, ITS SERVERS, OR OUR EMAILS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Some places do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under a consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ZERO2ONE SPACE, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THE DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Zero2One Space and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your breach of these terms, your Submission, or your misuse of the Site. This does not apply where the law does not allow it.
Export control
Our products, technical data, and services may be subject to United States export control and sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. You agree to follow those laws. You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer anything from us to a person, country, or end use that those laws prohibit, and you promise that you are not on a restricted-party list. We may refuse or cancel a quote, order, or delivery where a law requires it, or where we cannot confirm that it complies. Do not send us technical data that is controlled under those laws through the Site's forms.
Governing law and disputes
The laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States govern these terms and any dispute related to the Site, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Before you start a claim, please write to us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over a dispute that is not resolved, and you agree to that venue and its jurisdiction over you. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, to the extent the law allows.
If you live in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or Switzerland, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts and to rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country, and nothing in this section takes those rights away.
Changes to these terms
We may change the Site, our policies, and these terms at any time. When we change these terms, we change the date at the top of this section, and where the law requires it we tell you in another way. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Site.
General
If a court finds that part of these terms cannot be enforced, that part is limited to the least extent needed and the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our written consent, and we may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor to our business. These terms, with our privacy policy and cookie policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. Our affiliates may use and rely on these terms. Headings are for convenience only.
